The Harvestartist wrote in his autobiographyWaging Heavy Peace about a gathering at his house: "After a while, a guy showed up, picked up my guitar, and started playing a lot of songs on it. Baskin (1971) and earned the best reviews of her career up to that time. Bergen was absent from screens for a few years. But she had good instincts for it, according to a bombshell claim in a 2016 memoir written by Beach Boys singer Mike Love.
